According to dictionary.com, resilience is:

the capacity to recover quickly from difficulties; toughness

Heart centered women with high empathy can especially benefit from developing more toughness – it doesn’t always come naturally to us.

Fortunately there are demonstrated ways to increase resilience, and one of them is writing.

Journal writing has been shown in over a hundred studies to have therapeutic benefits.

To be most effective in these times, it needs to be focused on topics that help with resilience.
