Brain Rewiring Resources

I took a little time off from writing the last few months to focus on other things.

My husband and I started traveling again, which has been wonderful!

Last month we had an amazing three-week trip to Malta and London for our 35th anniversary.

Traveling feels like a miracle.

Five years ago I was still deep in decades-long chronic physical and mental illness.

Now my life is completely different, in ways that were unimaginable for most of my life.

For example, on our trip last month, according to my husband’s FitBit we walked between six and ten miles a day, some days even more.

Which feels truly miraculous after many years of needing to severely restrict my physical activity or risk major inflammation flares.

I also was able to eat anything and go anywhere after years of being limited by sensitivities to foods, scents, lights, sounds, etc.

I am so grateful for all the brain rewiring pioneers who are using the science of neuroplasticity to create programs that give us the possibility of healing ourselves.

Someone recently asked me for recommendations for brain retraining programs, so I wanted to share with you my current favorite neuroplasticity resources:
