Simple Practice for Staying Calm

Dear Friends,

Lee Harris, an energy intuitive, recently shared a YouTube video that I found helpful so I’m sharing it with you!

He talks about how December can be a challenging month and offers a super simple practice for staying calm and connected with ourselves.

Here’s the simple method:

  • Put one hand on your belly

  • Put the other hand on your heart

  • Take a few deep breaths

  • Notice how you’re feeling

That’s it!

You’re just coming back into presence, into contact with your inner self.

Not to try to change anything, just to notice what’s happening for you in the present moment.

Try doing this a few times a day and see if you notice a difference in how calm and regulated you feel.

The more regulated we are, the better we can navigate through these times and be able to care for ourselves, our loved ones, and our communities.
