Where in your life do you put pressure on yourself to try to be perfect?
In your work, relationships, health, spirituality, home, creativity, volunteering, activism?
For some of us it might be all of these areas and more.
Perfectionism can be exhausting, and right now we need our energy to cope with these challenging times.
Tune into your wise heart to know what is most important to you, where you truly want to give your best effort.
For everything else, can you let good enough be good enough?
Good enough partner, parent, child, sibling, friend.
Good enough worker, manager, coworker.
Good enough in your health habits, self-care, spiritual practices, hobbies, and everything else in your life.
The more you can ease up on perfectionism, the more energy you’ll have to care for yourself, your loved ones, your community, and our precious world.
